**Fees are due and payable if an appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
**If an appointment is not cancelled and the Notary arrives, whether signing occurs or not,
fees described below are nonetheless due and payable.

Rush - Short notice or last minute signing – Fee TBD
Cancellation - without proper notification - Mobile Fee TBD
Wait time - $15.00 after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment.
*An additional $10.00 fee will be due and payable for each additional 15 minutes a client is late/wait time.
